MEDITATIONS ON THE TRUE CHRISTIAN LIFE
By Glenn H. Jackson
______...."This book of the law [the Word of God] shall not depart from [always be in] your mouth, but you shall
meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful [take heed] to do according to all that is written in it; for THEN you will make your way prosperous, and THEN you will have success".... Joshua
1:8 NASB
*____Our work ought to be the fruit of our "spirit's" [inner man's] fellowship with the Father and His Word.
Every task should be undertaken joyfully as the overflow of the life of the s[S]pirit.
...."The entrance and unfolding of Your words [into
one's heart {spirit}] give light [revelation]; their unfolding gives understanding [discernment and comprehension]"....
Psalms 119:130 The Amplified Translation
____...."You will also decree[proclaim] a thing, and it will be established for you; And light [the
divine Light that enters into one's spirit {inner man} through the continual declaration of words that are aligned with the Word of God] will shine on your ways".... Job 22:28

REFLECTIONS OF THE FATHER'S HEART
By Glenn H. Jackson
[Exhortations From The Father]
* One of the spontaneous fruit of "self-righteousness" is the continued pursuit in one's life to
establish themselves as being "right" [in their own thinking] in all things at all times - not based upon a revelation of My Word
[Will] but, rather through the establishing
of a false security in their own lives, a "false security" that is "maintained" by their "own" thoughts, words and actions.
"self-righteousness" - confidence in one's "own" righteousness [goodness {in
this case, apart from the "finished work" of Christ}], especially when smugly moralistic and intolerant of others; pride in one's own virtues;
...."seek
first His kingdom and His righteousness [the way of righteousness]".... Matthew 6:33 NASB
"independent" - not reliant upon; not influenced or controlled by [in this
case, not yielded to the Word and Spirit of God];
...."Trust in the LORD with ALL your heart and do not lean on your own understanding [independent
thought]. In ALL your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. Do NOT be wise in your own eyes; Fear [reverence] the LORD and turn away from evil".... Proverbs 3:5-7 NASB
