Patient for Our Sake

LISTEN  

"The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise, as some people think. No, he is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent."

—2 Peter 3:9

When it comes to the subject of studying Bible prophecy, sometimes we miss the point. We can become obsessed with things that we think are fulfillments of Bible prophecy but actually are not. We forget that Bible prophecy is not given to inflate our brains but to enlarge our hearts.

If we really understand what Bible prophecy is about, then it should cause us to want to live godly lives. The Lord is not late in returning to Planet Earth. He has just been patient with us.

Here’s what the Bible says: “The Lord isn’t really being slow about his promise, as some people think. No, he is being patient for your sake. He does not want anyone to be destroyed, but wants everyone to repent” (2 Peter 3:9 NLT).

God is waiting. I remember, back in the early 1970s, everyone was talking about Jesus’s return. We were praying, “Lord, come back!” Aren’t you glad that He didn’t answer our prayers? After all, there are a lot more people who have come to Christ since 1970.

I believe that someone somewhere walking Earth today will be the last person to believe before the Lord calls His Church home to Heaven. This is what we often call the Rapture of the Church. Writing about this event, the apostle Paul said, “For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, the believers who have died will rise from their graves” (1 Thessalonians 4:16 NLT).

If you knew who the last person was who needed to come to faith in Christ before His return, it would be tempting to apply a little pressure on that person, wouldn’t it? Imagine sharing the Gospel with that person and leading him or her to Christ, and suddenly, we’re all in Heaven!

God is waiting for more people to believe.

"Truly I say to you, whoever SAYS to this mountain [obstacle], 'Be taken up and cast into the sea,' and does not doubt in his heart, but believes [affirms on an ongoing basis] that what he says is going to happen, it will be [granted] him. 

Therefore I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask, believe [based on the finished work of the Cross, the Word of God and the Blood Covenant] that you have [already] received them, and they will be [granted] you".... Mark 11:23-24 NASB 

THEREFORE ...."we consider and look not to the things that are seen [the lower reality - that which is real to the five physical senses] but to the things that are unseen [through faith in the higher Reality of God's Word]; for the things that are visible are temporal (brief and fleeting) [subject to change], but the things that are invisible are deathless and everlasting [Eternal]".... 2 Corinthians 4:18 The Amplified Translation

MEDITATIONS ON THE TRUE CHRISTIAN LIFE

 ...."This book of the law [the Word of God] shall not depart from [always be in] your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful [take heed] to do according to all that is written in it; for THEN you will make your way prosperous, and THEN you will have success".... Joshua 1:8 NASB

THE TWO CONFESSIONS [part 11 of 11] ...."Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to [enters into the Will of] the Father [Spiritual Reality] but through Me".... John 14:6 NASB * Jesus' confessions proved to be realities. Faith's confessions create realities. Jesus confessed that He was the Light of the World. He was it. The rejection of Him has plunged the world into a new darkness. He said He was the bread from heaven, and it is true. The people who have fed upon His words have never suffered want. His words build faith as we act on them, let them live in us. His words were filled with Himself; as we act on them, they fill us with Christ. His words feed faith and cause it to grow in power in us. The believer's words should be born of love and filled with love. 

Our lips are taking the place of His. Our words should never bruise or hurt, but should bless and heal. Jesus was the Way, the Reality, and the Life. We are taking His place, showing the Way, confessing the Reality, enjoying the Life. You will never enjoy what you are in Christ until His love rules your lips. Until we know our legal rights in the Family of God, we will never become outstanding in our faith life. 

We should know that the Bible is made up of two legal documents: the Abrahamic Covenant and the New Covenant; and that Jesus' death was a legal death to meet humanity's legal needs; and that His sacrifice, His substitutionary work was accepted by the supreme court of the universe; and that man has a legal right to take Jesus Christ as his Savior and confess Him as his Lord which gives him a legal right to Eternal Life, the nature of God. This makes him a son, and as a son he has a legal right to his Father's protection and care. He has a legal right to all that Jesus purchased for him in His redemptive work. He has a legal right to the use of the Name of Jesus in prayer and when dealing with demoniacal forces. He has a legal right to the Holy Spirit's indwelling. 

All promises and statements of fact in the Word are his. He has a legal right to a perfect Redemption from Satan's dominion, from sickness and disease, from poverty and want. He has a legal right to stand in the Father's presence because Jesus has become his legal Righteousness, and he has legally become the Righteousness of God in Christ. He has a legal right to heaven as his home. This takes prayer out of the realm of doubt and puts it into the realm of absolute certainty.

…Battle-Lines Have Been Drawn for a Divine Dismantling

“Battle-lines have been drawn — a Divine Dismantling and Acceleration — Seed Time and Harvest!”

….In the early hours of this morning; 24 September 2022, I heard The Father say, ”Watch! For the next seven years there will be short supply for the wicked, as I strip the stiff-necked and rebellious of their wealth and fortunes.

Yes! But watch, for in the midst of famine, there shall be seven years of abundant supply for My Righteous Remnant!

For that which was stored up by the hands of the wicked, shall now be given into the hands of My Righteous Ones.

Watch! For this will be that which has long been prophesied by the mouths of My Prophets, for now a great transfer of wealth has begun.”

As I heard those Words, I saw an Hourglass come up before me, and I saw the grains of sand within the Hourglass, and the grains looked as if they were suspended in Time.

I heard these Words, ”A Divine Pregnant Pause. Nations in The Valley of Decision. Nations in midst of Birthing!”

Suddenly, I saw The Finger of God come down and draw a line in The Sands of Time, and I heard these Words, ”The Battle Lines have been drawn! For it is time to draw a line in the sand.

Look! For the old has gone! Behold, I do a new thing! Do you see it? For it now springs forth!”

Then suddenly I saw the grains of sand begin to fall again, and a great Acceleration began to take place within the Hourglass and the grains of sand began to fall rapidly.

Then I watched as the grains of Sand became grains of Seed, and I heard these Words, ”Seed Time and Harvest has begun! For the days are here when The Reaper will be overtaken by The Plowman, and The Planter, by the one treading grapes!

New wine will drip from The Mountains, and flow from The Hills!”

Then I saw the Seed within The Hourglass turn to Wine, and I heard these Words, ”Watch! For the Miracle I did at first, where Water was turned into Wine, so shall I do again in these coming days.

For even now, a greater Acceleration shall move upon The Sands of Time, for the times and seasons are in My Hand.

Watch, as the Old Wine-skins shall fall away, and the New Wine-skins shall come forth, and I shall pour out My Spirit upon all flesh!”

On hearing those Words, suddenly I saw The Mountain of Business and Government, and a complete dismantling to the financial structures that we have known, began to rapidly take place.

I saw an Altar rising. It was an altar to the Beast, to the kingdom of this world, and I heard these Words, ”Watch! For the beginning of a Cashless System and Society shall suddenly begin to rise, but “Watch!!!”

Suddenly, I saw a second Altar rise, and it was an Altar to The Kingdom of God, and I heard these Words, ”For two Altars will rise in the coming days. One to the Beast, and one to The King of kings.

For I shall raise up a New Financial System in the midst of a Global Financial Crisis, that will bring forth a great Transfer of Wealth for the Advancement of My Kingdom Purposes in the earth!”

WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR FOUNDATION?

What is the quality of your foundation?

Understand precious beloved of Yahweh, that nothing of the fleshly lusts, nothing of the pride of the fallen nature, nothing of our old man, nothing of our natural unrenewed minds, will, rebellion and sin shall have any part nor be considered to be able to be raised up as God's holy, fiery pillars of truth. 

1Ti 3:15 But if I tarry long, that you may know how you ought to behave yourself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth. 

Rev 3:12 He that overcomes will I make a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of My God, and the name of the city of My God, which is new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God: and I will write upon him My new name.

WE ARE CALLED TO BE THE BRIDE AND LIVING TEMPLE OF HIS HOLY HABITATION 

Rev 10:1 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon His head, and His face was as it were the sun, and His feet as pillars of fire.

HEAVEN IS HIS THRONE AND THE EARTH IS HIS FOOTSTOOL 

Through an open vision the Spirit of God showed me how His pillars of His unshakable Kingdom is being lowered and established within those who have counted the cost so they might be completely emptied of themselves and every defiling contrary thing so they might be filled with all of His fullness. 

How shall any Master builder lay the depths of an unshakable new, strong foundation unless He wisely first dig up, demolish and remove the last debris of the old foundation?

The coming storms shall reveal the quality of the foundation of every life and the Kingdom of Yahweh shall be the only one standing to endure the test of time. 

Hebrews 12

25  See that you refuse not Him that speaks. For if they escaped not who refused him that spoke on earth, much more shall we not escape, if we turn away from Him that speaks from heaven:

 26  Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he has promised, saying, Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven.

 27  And this word, Yet once more, signifies the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.

 28  Therefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:

 29  For our God is a consuming fire.

Isaiah 2

17 Then the loftiness of man shall be bowed down, and the haughtiness of men shall be brought low; and the Lord alone shall be exalted in that day.

18 And the idols shall utterly pass away (be abolished).

19 Then shall [the stricken, deprived of all in which they had trusted] go into the caves of the rocks and into the holes of the earth from before the terror and dread of the Lord and from before the glory of His majesty, when He arises to shake mightily and terribly the earth.

20 In that day men shall cast away to the moles and to the bats their idols of silver and their idols of gold, which they made for themselves to worship,

21 To go into the caverns of the rocks and into the clefts of the ragged rocks from before the terror and dread of the Lord and from before the glory of His majesty, when He rises to shake mightily and terribly the earth.

22 Cease to trust in [weak, frail, and dying] man, whose breath is in his nostrils [for so short a time]; in what sense can he be counted as having intrinsic wornament and luxury].

Run to the Rock Christ Jesus which is higher than yourself  !

 DO NOT FEAR, THE ANCIENT OF DAYS IS RISING UP

9/21 Heard, "Do not fear, The Ancient of Days is rising up, the Annihilation of the Lawless One is at hand." And I felt such a POWER in the atmosphere, a HUSH upon the earth, the Creation was groaning for the appearance of the Sons and Daughters of God to take their rightful places as the King of Glory Himself was about to appear. 

And I saw the Warriors lined up, holding bright glowing lanterns, at attention, on either side of a great Walk Way, like a great Procession, to greet and to celebrate the IMMINENT ARRIVAL of the soon coming Conquering King. "Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lifted up, ye Everlasting Doors; and the King of Glory shall come in!" 

"Beloved. I am not coming to judge you, but to judge Satan and His demons. Judgement has occurred at the Cross and all who accept the Son are judged to be Righteous in Him. Have no fear. Your salvation is secured in Heaven forever. But the demons are trembling. Yes, they sense their time is near. The devil seeks to wear out My Saints, but I have the Last Say and the Last Word.

"The devil goes about as roaring counterfeit lion, seeking whom he may devour for he knows his time is short. Do not fall for his lies. Do not be deceived by what your eyes see and your ears hear. For everything has been foretold from the beginning. You are living in the time that the prophets of old longed to see; When the King comes to set things straight; When My Justice flows like a River, to demolish the man made institutions of injustice and oppression.

"But I shall not do this alone. Oh no, My Child. I have called you forth to be My Army of Light in these last days. I desired that We would be One and we would conquer as One. You are MORE than a conqueror through Him who loves you. You are a Joint Heir in Christ, you are My Warriors of Light, carrying My Fiery Torch of the Spirit to shine My Light into every dark place.This is a the VICTORY that overcomes the world, even your faith. 

"No longer do I call you servants, for the servant does not know what His Master is doing; but I have called you Dear Friends, for all that I have heard from My Father I have made known to you. You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit and that your fruit should abide, so that whatever you ask the Father in My Name, He may give it to you. Watch, My Child, as Great and Glorious Miracles happen in My River of Glory as a Sign of My Coming! 

"Have you read, Beloved, these words," And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will SLAY with the breath of His mouth and ANNIHILATE by the Majesty of His arrival." Oh yes, this is Truth. Satan shall soon be crushed under your feet, he shall be utterly destroyed by the Brightness of My Coming. Even now, the Light is shining in the darkness. His kingdom is ready to crash and fall under the weight of My Shekinah Glory. 

Though he seeks to change the times and seasons, he will not succeed in the end for your God reigns. 

"Rejoice, My Warrior! Know that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the Glory that is about to be revealed in you! 

For the creation waits with eager longing for the Revealing of the Sons and Daughters of God. Soon it will be set free from its bondage to corruption and obtain the Freedom of the Glory of the Children of God. For you know that the whole Creation has been groaning together in the pains of childbirth until now. 

"Stand tall, be bold and confident! The earth is the LORD'S, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. Listen, Beloved. Your King is proclaiming," Lift up your heads, O Gates; and be lifted up, you Everlasting Doors; and the King of Glory shall come in. Who is this King of Glory? The LORD of Hosts, He is the King of Glory!  

"Be encouraged, My Warrior! Every knee shall bow, every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord. Take your place, My Warrior and do not be moved. The Time of My Arrival is near! The Ancient Doors are opening, the Ancient of Days is rising up, the Fiery Stream of Glory is flowing from My Throne of Grace, the King of Glory is about to appear!"

IMMINENT: About to happen, close, near, approaching, impending, likely to occur at any moment.

The Father says today, My kingdom is come and My will is BEING DONE, in your life, on earth as it is in heaven, this day. That is My template for your life. That is the model I am working from Beloved. ON earth as it is in heaven. In YOUR earth, your life on earth, as it is in heaven. No sickness in heaven! No debt in heaven! No creditors calling or eviction notices on the doors of the heavenlies! It’s My promise and My provision. 

I am capable, willing, and working to BACK UP heaven come to earth in your life. Yes, I see the obstinate heart and the grieving as you have cried out to Me. You have recriminated yourself and blamed yourself, but I am not blaming you or recriminating you for the choices you have made in haste and the consequences you have reaped at length.

I am not recriminating you; I am redeeming you and recovering you from the snare of the fowler. A little pressure – yes, and shaking, but at the end of the matter, nothing of My kingdom, My favor, or My purpose will be lost to you. So embrace the turbulence and ride it as a wave of My making into highest heart’s desire and greatest dreams fulfilled.

I am making you, forming you, and fashioning you to be a chosen vessel in My house. Trust Me with the process. Look with forward-looking eyes of faith and not backward-looking eyes of unbelief and fear. I am your rear guard and your vanguard, securing all of your borders till your life looks and feels and is experienced ON EARTH, as it is IN HEAVEN.

THE FATHER IS FAITHFUL

Words of prophecy:

*____Why is there so much "angst" in the midst of My people? Am I not faithful to finish the work that "I" have begun? Am I not a Faithful Creator? Am I not worthy to be trusted? Truly I say to you, blessed is the one who will continually lay down their soul-life [mind, will, emotions] to pick up their cross to follow Me in this most glorious hour.

____...."Therefore, those also who suffer according to the will of God shall entrust their souls to a faithful Creator in doing what is right"..... 1 Peter 4:19 NASB

        ...."Then Jesus said to His disciples, "If anyone wishes to come after Me, he must deny himself, and take up his cross and follow Me. "For whoever wishes to save his life will lose it; but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it".... Matthew 16:24-25 NASB

____The Father IS faithful to finish "perfectly" the marvelous work that "HE" has begun in each one of His precious children.

        ...."And may the God of peace Himself sanctify you through and through [separate you from profane things, make you pure and wholly consecrated to God]; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved sound and complete [and found] blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah). Faithful is He Who is calling you [to Himself] and utterly trustworthy, and He will also do it [fulfill His call by hallowing and keeping you]".... 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 The Amplified Translation

Prayer of Proclamation:

____Father, we thank You and praise You for Your Faithfulness. We thank You and praise You, also, that You are working a marvellous work within us - a marvellous work that will prepare us perfectly to both enter into and fulfil our precious Kingdom-destiny, in Christ. And we declare it DONE [on an ongoing basis] in Jesus' Name - to Your greatest Glory. Amen.   

        ...."His [the Father's] lovingkindness [mercy] is great toward us, and the truth [faithfulness, trustworthiness] of the LORD is everlasting. Praise the LORD!".... Psalm 117:2 NASB ____

John 3:16 … Thank You Lord for loving me so much that You gave Your one and only Son, that when I believe in Him I will not perish but have eternal life. I ask this in the name of Jesus Christ my Lord.

 

Romans 10:9-10 … Thank You Lord that when I confess with my mouth Jesus as Lord, and believes in my heart that God raised Him from the dead, I will be saved. I believe in my heart and accept You as Lord. I ask this in the name of Jesus Christ my Lord.

 

Isaiah 45:8, 2 Tim 2:10 … Thank You Lord that salvation will spring up within my heart, that I may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory. In the name of Jesus Christ.

 

2 Peter 3:18 … Thank You Lord that I may grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. In the name of Jesus Christ.

 Read the Word of God!

The Word helps in casting down vain imaginations that exhalt itself above the knowledge of the Lord.
