Removing the Sting By Greg Laurie LISTEN
“O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?” —1
Corinthians 15:55 Have you ever been stung by a bee? It’s not a fun experience. But although it’s painful for the person being stung, it’s fatal for the bee.
When a honeybee stings a person, it can’t pull its little barbed stinger back out. This is a one-time experience for them. They had better think carefully about who they are going to sting, because once they do it, they are not going to survive.
When a bee stings you, not only is the bee’s stinger left in you but also part of its abdomen and digestive tract, as well as nerves and muscles. This massive abdominal rupture kills the bee shortly after it stings.
That is what happened when Jesus died on the cross. In his enduring hatred for God’s Son, Satan thought it would be a great idea to have Jesus betrayed, arrested, beaten within an inch of His life, and then crucified and put to death on a Roman cross.
The devil said, “This is my moment. I am going to sting Him. I will have a role in His death. When He dies, that is the end of Him.” Everything went according to Satan’s plan, and like a bee, he flew off thinking he had succeeded.
But everything went according to God’s plan as well, and the sting of death was its own defeat. As 1 Corinthians 15:54–55 says, “Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?”
Where is the sting of death for the believer? It is ripped out, because at the cross, Jesus took the stinger out of death. This is a great truth. As Christians, we no longer need to fear death because our souls will live on forever with Christ.

through measures of intercession and warfare, the voice of the enemy penetrates through open doors, corrupting the mind and thoughts of too many. The mind is a battleground and satan is using it as a mighty ploy of distraction, causing many to be trapped in
mind whirlpools of self pity, diminished worth and hope deferred. Pondering on this on a personal level, having been through a major battle..pleading The Blood over my mind and thoughts. Praying for the Mind of Christ to
rise and more! Yet still been bombarded with constant barbs from the evil one. I constantly felt on the back foot with a particular warfare that was raging. Then, so clearly I heard the Lord Jesus say, “The head of
the serpent must be crushed! If the head is not crushed, it will continue to speak.” This is a head to Head war, and the serpent most definitely is under our feet. This is not an era to merely rebuke satan, thus causing a bruising
or even lopping the head off the serpent. Demonic spirits also manifest in and through dismemberment, conjuring demonic conspiracy against the mind of Christ. When the head is crushed the ‘headquarters’
of the enemy is unseated and diminished. Strike the accuser with a fatal blow! The Seed of the Woman, The Bride, is being supernaturally weaponized in The Field of excellence warfare. The Lion of Judah is roaring, Enough is Enough! Take ground, push back the
voices that hold many in whirlwinds of bondage. I had a vision of winds of contention and discord drop to the ground and people stepping out into the destiny and purpose for which they have been called. Crushing the
head silences the hordes of demonic intelligence! They monitor, spy and plot espionage, having the grip of unholy military and political value. Genesis 3:15 c he will crush your head, and you will strike his heel. This is a High Military reference of taking
down the ‘head seated intelligence’ of the serpent! The word headquarters means, the most important/principle thing, a military dwelling place and/or lodging. It carries a plural connotation thus meaning
the counterfeit antichrist of ascension and…in his house are many mansions! The ‘headquarters’ of the mind of a believer/city/nation, and the Church must manifest the Mind of Christ as the driving seat of His power and authority. The Mind
of Christ is the central holy administrative location of taking authority and dominance. Who is holding the ‘driving seat’ of your mind? Take back what the enemy has stolen! The Lord Jesus is moving with
holy fire and a Great Restoration and Replenishing, is washing over the Body of Christ..those that have suffered in severity of the battle of the mind. Crush the head! It renders the demonic headquarters (nerve centre)
powerless! Our Lord Jesus crushed the head of the serpent at The Cross. Though we are in ongoing conflict as it says in 2 Corinthians 10:5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing
every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ,
Romans 12:2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good
and acceptable and perfect will of God. Ephesians 6:12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of
wickedness in the heavenly places. The seizing of the mind by the hand of satan is often gained by trauma, great trauma opens doors to wealth, health and prosperity being contaminated etc.
Luke 4:18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me because he has anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor, he has sent me to heal the broken-hearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering the sight of the blind, to set at liberty them that
are bruised. Now…Crush the head!! Luke 10:19 Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you.
Yet the bite (of the mind) be painful, the venom shall have no power. Repent! Cast out fear, rid yourself of demonic whirlwinds, break free! Let the Mind of Christ arise in
the Body of Christ. Unseat and bring down ‘mind strategy headquarters’. Crush all, get your house in order! Hear the word of God and obey, obedience is KEY! >>>>>——————->

* This is one of the great words of the New Covenant. It means wiping out as though it had never been. When an army is disbanded, it is remitted…it stops being. When God remits our sins, they are wiped out as though they
had never been. The word “remission” is never used but in connection with the New Birth. After we become Christians, then we have our sins forgiven on the basis of our relationship and the intercession of
Christ. When we come to Him as sinners, and take Christ as Savior, confess Him as our Lord, then all that we have ever done is wiped out. In the New Birth all that we have ever been stops being and a New Creation takes the place of the old.
Six or eight times the word “remission” is translated “forgiveness” in the Epistles. Eph. 1:7 “In whom we have our Redemption through His blood, the remission of our trespasses.” Read also Col. 1:13-14;
Luke 24:47; Acts 2:38; Acts 26:18; Acts 10:43. The remission of our sins takes the place of the scapegoat under the First Covenant. It bore away their sins once a year, while the blood covered Israel as a nation. On

google images ENCOUNTERING GOD By Elaine Tavolacci Every Holy Spirit filled believer is able
to recall a time in their walk with the Lord that they experienced a genuine encounter with Jesus. You may have been caught up in the Spirit, seen an angel or had a visitation from Jesus Himself. Some may have experienced the overwhelming presence of His love
and His glory. When the tangible fire of the Holy Spirit comes upon you in such a way, your entire life will be changed. As you continue to pursue Jesus and His presence, your mind will be renewed, your life will be transformed and you will go from glory to
glory. That experience will never leave you, but in order to maintain this anointing, you must continually fan the flames and stoke the fire to keep it burning. I’ve had many extraordinary encounters since I accepted the Lord.
One time in a Joshua Mills meeting I had a vision of a little girl about two years old waving a piece of paper. I didn’t understand what it meant at the moment but then about a half hour later there was a man carrying his little daughter down the aisle,
and she was waving a piece of paper. She was wearing the same dress and was the exact description of what I saw in that vision. I told the father that I believe that this little girl had a calling on her life. The Holy Spirit speaks
to us in our dreams. I’ve received prophetic dreams of things that later became a reality. I also had some traumatic dreams that were intercepted from becoming a tragedy. When I have dreams about tornados or thieves I know that it’s a warning dream
that something devastating was about to happen. For me those dreams are spiritual and rarely literal. I know that they could be averted so there won’t be a calamitous outcome. We could prevent these things from happening by decreeing and declaring
to reverse those attacks of the enemy. To some of you this might sound strange, but the majority of you understand the Spirit realm. I am telling you to encourage you that these supernatural occurrences are for every one of us. You
may not have a prophetic gift but every single one of us are able to hear Gods voice. You may not be called to the fivefold ministry but you have a gift from God. For some of you the Lord is saying: “I miss My time with you”. You’ve left
your first love and forfeited the relationship that you once had with Jesus. You once heard His voice but you have strayed because you’ve been shaken by what your hearing on the news. The Lord is calling you back. This past Sunday
I went to a meeting and received a powerful prophetic word from Apostle Brad Flook. He has an incredible accurate gift of prophecy and words of knowledge. He prophesied that there’s a healing and a miracle working anointing that God has given to me.
He said I am going to heal others with cancer, and the Lord told him to release the impartation to heal cancer that his spiritual father Kenneth E Hagin had imparted to him. He said this anointing is being transferred today. The Lord said “Transfer that
gift!” And as I lay hands on people I’ll see miracles of people healed with cancer from this day forward. The Lord said get ready, get ready you’ll see it, you’ll see it. Since that day I've been sensing the presence of God often in
such a tangible way. I’m not telling you this to boast in myself, those of you who know me, know that’s not what I’m about. I’m telling you to encourage you. The Lord wants to release His glory in an unprecedented
way. The enemy is trying to bring fear and neutralize some of you but you have to press in. There can’t be any compromise if you want the fire of God in your lives and ministry. You have to connect to strong believers of like faith who will strengthen
you rather than discourage you. Holy Spirit is about to move and He wants to use every one of you. Get ready says the Lord. Leviticus 6:13 The fire must be kept burning on the altar continuously; it must not go out.
1 Corinthians 1:26 – 29 “For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called. But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the
wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, that
no flesh should glory in His presence.” 2 Timothy 1:6 (Amplified) That is why I would remind you to stir up (rekindle the embers of, fan the flame of, and keep burning) the [gracious] gift of God, [the inner fire] that is

the midst of the storm, where your burdens are lifted and your answers come. I Am your refuge and fortress and you can trust Me. I Am your deliverer from every snare the enemy would try to put in your path. My truth is your shield and My Word is your sword.
I have provided armor and all you may need to fight the good fight of faith and win. You can lay hold on eternal life because you are called as My child and I have anointed you as a king and a priest to go forth as My representative in the
earth. You are not the weakling being overpowered by the devil, you are strong in Me and in My mighty power and you can stand up in full assurance of faith, speaking My Word as it belongs to you. You are My son, My daughter coming to maturity.
Distractions are meant to stifle your effectiveness but it will not work. I Am looking throughout the whole earth for those whose hearts are devoted to Me so that I can show Myself strong on your behalf. A good person, out of the good treasure they have stored
up in their hearts will bring forth good things, for out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks to justify or condemn. Even those things that you do in secret, I know and I reward faithfulness openly. Your treasures laid up in
heaven can not be taken from you and are planted in your heart because your eyes and heart are fixed on Me, therefore, you speak and illuminate Jesus as a light shining in a dark place. I Am drawing all men to Myself so that where I Am, there you may be also.
