“He was thirty years old when he began serving in the court of Pharaoh, the king of Egypt. And when Joseph left Pharaoh’s presence, he inspected the entire land of Egypt.”

—Genesis 41:46

Joseph had gone from being a spoiled young man to running an estate to being in prison to becoming the second most powerful person in the world, in charge of Egypt’s food supply.

A famine had struck the land, and Joseph’s brothers traveled from Canaan to Egypt to buy food. Egypt was the only place that had food because God had given Joseph the ability to interpret Pharaoh’s dreams. As a result, Joseph warned Pharaoh to prepare for the future.

When Joseph’s brothers arrived, they didn’t recognize him, but he recognized them. And when Joseph eventually revealed his identity, his brothers thought they were dead men.

But Joseph told them, “Don’t be upset, and don’t be angry with yourselves for selling me to this place. It was God who sent me here ahead of you to preserve your lives. . . . God has sent me ahead of you to keep you and your families alive and to preserve many survivors” (Genesis 45:5, 7 NLT).

God can and will use the experiences of your life to help other people. Since our son Christopher went to be with the Lord, I’ve had a new ministry that I never asked for—and frankly never wanted. I’m often ministering to people who have lost loved ones, especially children.

I don’t have all the answers for them, but I point them to Jesus. And I share some of the things that I’ve learned in this process. I’ve found that it actually helps me as I help them.

The apostle Paul wrote, “[God] comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us” (2 Corinthians 1:4 NLT).

God can take what you’ve gone through in life and use it for His glory.

“We Are Entering the Book of Acts"

By Christa Elisha

The Staircase of Books

On the morning of June 5, 2022, I was praying in preparation for the Arise Women's Summit I was hosting near Knoxville, Tennessee, when the Lord took me into an encounter. I found myself in the library of Heaven standing before a giant staircase made of extremely large books. In pure fairytale fashion, I was filled with wonder in this realm of records, where the imagination of the Father had influenced the lives of individuals, who then made history with Him on Earth. The books stacked up on top of themselves and made a spiral staircase that reached up into a glimmering cloud far above.

I began to walk up this staircase, or bookcase as it were, taking my time to read the titles of each book. I was intrigued to see that books from the Bible, including the Torah and the New Testament epistles, made up some of the steps; but also incorporated in the stack were works of the saints, revivalists and reformers of old, such as Maria Woodworth-Etter, A.A. Allen, Smith Wigglesworth, Aimee Semple McPherson, the Moravians, Puritans, pilgrims, Joan of Arc, Harriet Tubman and the like.

There were journals, captains' logs and journalist reports documenting moves of God and revivals of the past. It was powerful! I could feel the explosive power of God between each cover as my foot touched them.

Then as I approached the glimmering glory cloud, near the top, I hear the Spirit of God recite John 21:25 (paraphrased): Jesus did countless things that I haven't recorded here. If every one of His acts were recorded, the world would not be able to contain the books.

At the Threshold of "Signs and Wonders Land”

Once through the cloud, I found myself standing before a giant, ancient door made of heavy wooden beams. There, before my face, and significantly larger than my head, was a giant doorknob. I was reminded of the classic story of Alice in Wonderland, when she shrinks in order to go through the door that leads to Wonderland. And much like Alice, I began to experience an overwhelming sense of curiosity and desire to understand why the Lord had brought me here. I had an inner knowing that I was at the threshold of a world called "Signs and Wonders Land.”

It was then that I realized that Jesus was the door and my faith was the key! He is the way, the truth and the life, and our faith in Him gives us access to every realm He invites us into!

The door was cracked open to me, and brilliant light streamed from the opening. This knowledge produced such a holiness and reverence within me for Christ that it took my breath away. I knew that thresholds were sacred to the Jews, because of the blood of lambs being applied on the doorposts at Passover, but this experience took my understanding to the next level.

Threshold moments are so sacred because they mark the crossing over from death to life; the end of one season or era and the beginning of a new one. They are the birth canals of the spirit realm that release new moves of revival, and the access points between Heaven and Earth for acquiring blueprints directly from the throne room.

Entering "The Book of Acts”

I looked up to see a plaque on the door that read "The Book of Acts." The Lord began to speak to me and said, "I am turning the page for My governing Body, the Ecclesia. My Church is now crossing into a new chapter. This is a sacred transition, and it will be known as the book of Acts for the Millennial generation.

It was then that I received a supernatural download in the spirit, revealing that the book of the acts of the apostles, which we are familiar with in the New Testament, is still being written in the spirit realm – and we are in it!

God has all of our days recorded in His book. All of our lives are recorded in the history of Heaven. And for those of us who live on Earth as lovers of God, devoted to being conformed into Christ's likeness and constantly being empowered by the Holy Spirit – our acts, works and exploits are still being recorded in continuation of the never-ending story of the ever-increasing Kingdom of our God and Father!

The Spirit prompted me to step inside the door. With much reverence, I crossed over the threshold and entered into the book of Acts. I found myself standing with the 120 disciples that were in the upper room, waiting expectantly for the promise of the Holy Spirit.

Suddenly, a blast of wind hit the room like a tornado! The heads of each person lit up as if they were candles on a cake, as tongues of fire rested on them, enabling them to speak in other languages so that they could proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the ends of the earth and to every people group! The manifest presence of God released waves of joy and what appeared to be drunken euphoria over a people who had never experienced such pleasure before! Psalm 16:11 became alive to them in this moment.

I watched as even those who had literally denied Christ just days before, now became empowered with the Holy Spirit. They became filled with wisdom, courage and supernatural grace to deny their own lives and risk death, as they tumbled out of the room and began to preach, with power, the good news of the Gospel in the streets.

The teachings of Jesus, while they walked with Him on Earth, became alive to them! They received clear understanding through the infilling of the Spirit that Jesus came to establish a Kingdom. They understood that they were adopted by the Father into a royal family lineage, through the Blood of Jesus and by the Holy Spirit. They understood that in order to receive their entire inheritance as coheirs with Christ, they had to accept the sufferings of Christ as their own, or (in other words) be willing to die to themselves, just as Christ had done for them.

Jesus gave His life for His Bride; He gave His all on the Cross, and He gave His very best by sending the Holy Spirit in His place. The only proper response for them (and us today) was to give their all and their best back to Him. It was a life in exchange for a life. It was in that place of total surrender that they could experience the same uncompromising resurrection power available to them through their union with Him by faith.

The Volunteer Army of God

It was then that I received a revelation that the book of Acts was actually the record of the volunteer army of God. A volunteer is a person who takes part freely in an enterprise or willingly gives themselves to a task. It is a military term for somebody who deliberately enrolls themselves in a particular mission or faction of a military unit, rather than being drafted or hired into military service beyond a willful desire to do so.

Rather than being paid, a volunteer is somebody who actually pays and gives up their life to serve the welfare of the common good for a greater purpose. Every Believer in the book of Acts Church was known for this radical generosity. They all willingly served wherever they were called; they even sold everything they had so that no one was without.

Holy Spirit spoke to me, "Christa, the season that My Bride is walking into will be known as the book of Acts for the Millennial generation, and the spirit of volunteerism is going to fall on My army again; and they will give up their comforts and offer up to Me the gifts and talents that I gave them, so that they may go about doing good and destroying the works of darkness.

"I am releasing mantles, mandates and destiny scrolls for My people to find their place of enlistment in My end-time volunteer army. They will be the company who will usher in My glory, and with My glory will come the billion soul harvest. This is My will, so that My house might be full and so I might receive the full reward of My suffering.”

The Lord is stirring within His people the same spirit that was on the early Church, who willingly gave their lives to serve the Kingdom of God without competition or compensation this side of eternity. This was the same spirit that inspired the apostle Paul to give up his desire for a life or earthly comfort, to live a life of singleness, self-denial, suffering and imprisonment, all so that he could share the revelation of Christ with a people.

He was willing to suffer for the sake of God's name, because Jesus suffered for him. And he worked with his own hands making tents to provide for himself, because he knew no one owed him anything; in fact, he owed the people around him the same God encounter he had experienced, because to whom much is given, much is required. He poured his life out for Christ in the same way that Christ poured his life out on the Cross. The spirit of volunteerism is the antidote for an entitled generation.

The Spirit of Volunteerism

This spirit of volunteerism is active through every reformation, right before revival fire falls. When the fire falls it is a sign that God desires for His people to renew and remember His covenant with them and their descendants. I believe that we are in a season where God is reestablishing His covenant with America, but first we must re-covenant ourselves, our families and our land to Him. We must remove the mixture and the compromise.

Jesus said, "Those who cling to their lives will give up true life. But those who let go of their lives for My sake and surrender it all to Me will discover true life!" (Matthew 10:39). We must volunteer to give up our lives for Christ's sake so that we can experience the same unadulterated power the early Church experienced. We must stop merely singing songs about being laid down lovers and actually take action to fully lay down the idol of SELF on the altar of God. This is when revival fire will fall, my friends, because an empty altar receives no fire, but a fresh sacrifice, God will not ignore.

We see that this spirit of volunteerism rested upon a historical remnant. It was the same spirit that inspired George Washington to serve two terms as president and refuse to receive a salary for his military service.

It was the same spirit that inspired the leaders of the Underground Railroad, like Harriet Tubman during the Civil War era, and leaders like Martin Luther King Jr. during the civil rights movement.

It was the same spirit that inspired the pioneers and the pilgrims who came from a far off country to find a land where their children and grandchildren might be able to worship God freely. They did this knowing that many of them would not even survive that initial voyage, nor the first winter. They knew that they would lose many of their little ones. They knew that they were going to lose their friends and family to disease and hunger. YET, they were willing, for they carried, in their hearts, a hope for a generation they would never see. They sacrificed it all to come here. They paid a great price to establish this land so that future generations would be able to lives free from tyranny.

It was the same spirit that inspired the Methodist circuit riders to risk life and limb in harsh conditions, exposed to the elements on their horses, with little more than their saddles, Bibles and the clothes on their backs.

It is the same spirit that has rested on every renown preacher, revivalist, reformer or righteous civil servant. It is the same spirit that rested on those in the upper room, who turned the world upside down, and it's the same spirit that desires to rest on you today.

A Risky Prayer

I want to encourage you to pray this risky prayer with me:

God, I repent for mixture in my heart, where I have tried to keep my life when You asked me to give it all to You. I ask for Your forgiveness and thank You for Your Blood that cleanses me from self-centeredness. I willingly give my life and my all for the sake of this glorious Gospel.

I invite You to reveal to me what gifts and talents You have given me, so that I can give back to You by contributing them to Your Kingdom purpose. Where am I being called to volunteer? What are Your dreams that You have put in my heart that I can give my life to? Who are the people You have called me to reach with Your love? I want my life to be recorded in the book of Acts for the Millennial generation.

Today, Lord, I ask You to catch me up in Your story. I give my life for Your glory. Baptize me in fire as I lay myself down as a sacrifice. I receive Your spirit of volunteerism to secure a heavenly reward. In Jesus name, amen.

 Psalms 25:12-14 (KJV)

By Glenn H. Jackson

[Exhortations From The Father]

*       The "forces" of the Kingdom are "irresistible" and this is precisely why My children need to gain a revelation of each and every aspect of their precious Covenant with Me, in Christ. For, in this way, they will be an irresistible force in the earth on a continual basis - putting the Enemy and his forces to flight at every turn.

"irresistible" - not resistible; incapable of being resisted or withstood;

...."Who is the man who fears [reverences] the LORD? He will instruct him in the way he should choose. His soul will abide in prosperity, and his descendants will inherit the land. The secret of the LORD is for those who fear [reverence] Him, and He will make them know His covenant".... Psalms 25:12-14 NASB

Trusting in the Goodness of God

By La Vonne Earl

Don't you just love good news? I know I do! Praise God that He has placed His messengers in our lives to proclaim the good news of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Here is some good news for you: God doesn't want you living in fear. If you come to Him in faith, He will cast every ounce of it out of your life so that you can live fearlessly, trusting in His goodness! He will bring all that is good into your life.

"Every gift God freely gives us is good and perfect, streaming down from the Father of lights, who shines from the heavens with no hidden shadow or darkness and is never subject to change." (James 1:17 TPT)

He's Better Than Anyone Could Ever Imagine

It is important to get your beliefs right about God. He is your Living Hope who comes to restore life, to deliver, to heal and to give you blessings for all of eternity. He longs for a relationship with you so that in any given situation, He will give you the peace that passes all understanding. This means that if you are having difficulty in a relationship, He will give you wisdom and direction, along with His perfect peace. If you have lost all your finances and you are feeling desperate, He will give you the peace to know that you will be provided for and restored in every way. This is true about your health and each area of your life.

"Let everyone give all their praise and thanks to the Lord! Here's why—He's better than anyone could ever imagine. Yes, He's always loving and kind, and His faithful love never ends." (Psalm 107:1 TPT)

I come to you having experienced this perfect peace—the one that the world does not understand. On May 11, 2022, our home was completely destroyed by fire. We left with very little but our lives, yet we had the most incredible peace. We had and still have a trust and a knowing that God will restore us.

Lift Up Your Faith Staff

"We have come into an intimate experience with God's love, and we trust in the love He has for us..." (1 John 4:16 TPT)

You see, both my husband and I have gained very large "faith staffs." A faith staff was used in the old days to mark when God had delivered someone, when He came through and answered prayers. Moses lifted up his "faith staff" above the water to part the Red Sea. When we lift up our "faith staffs" we are basically saying, "You have delivered me before, Lord, and I know You will deliver me again.”

If you have placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your savior, you too can trust Him and believe that He will deliver you, because He will.

God is a good God who desires good things to come into your life. Anything that is not good—sickness, financial loss, estrangement, divorce, death—is NOT from Him. It is important to get this belief right so that when a trial comes your way, you will understand that it comes from the enemy, not from God. Always remember, it is the enemy who desires to steal, kill and destroy, not God (John 10:10)!

Every Good and Perfect Gift Is from God

God is a good, good Father. As earthly mothers and fathers, we would never bring bad things into our children's lives to "test them" or "refine their faith." How can we pray against these things if we think they are from God? We can’t.

Begin today by drawing a line: what is bad is from the enemy; what is good is from God. In doing so, you will walk in clarity, in power and in faith knowing that your Living Hope is always with you, always ready and willing to bring good news into your life! You'll know that with Him you have the promises of eternal life, restoration of all things, forgiveness, goodness and abundance!

"For everyone who has been born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—our faith." (1 John 5:4 ESV)

Affirm these truths in your mind: I AM trusting in my good God. I AM healed and whole in Christ. I AM filled with God's peace. I AM successful in all that I do.

Pray: Thank You, Lord, that You are good—that You love me so much that You died for me, even while I was sinning! Protect my mind so that I see clearly that You are good. And if there are any bad circumstances in my life or the lives of others, help me to know and understand that it is from the enemy and not from You. I choose to live a life of faith believing You are good!

By Elaine Tavolacci

The word of God says in 1 Corinthians 2:9 “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, Nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him.” There is a stirring and a shaking in the atmosphere. Everyone senses that something huge is going to happen, but many are confused because they don’t know what to expect. Believers who are sensitive to the Spirit realm recognize the birth pains of a coming revival. Some of you are already experiencing new levels of His anointing.

Those who don’t know Jesus are living in fear as they watch the enemy going about like a roaring lion, seeking those whom he may devour. But then there are those believers who rise up and take their authority, trusting Jesus, the lion of Judah. We are about to experience His power and glory in a monumental way in the days ahead. Many believers will have Spiritual encounters that are uncommon to man.

Last night the Lord gave me two powerful scriptures for the body of Christ. I was reading the book of Jeremiah chapter 51 about being Gods battle axes. The Holy Spirit showed me that He is looking for strong believers to be His battle axes. To tear down the strongholds of the kingdom of darkness and establish a Godly kingdom on earth. To destroy the evil agenda, and the perverted ways that the enemy is trying to use to distort the integrity of our nation.

After reading this, I went to the book of Hebrews chapter 1 verse 7 that says, in speaking of the angels:" He makes His angels winds, His servants Flames of Fire". I looked this verse up in Strong's concordance and the word “winds” is rúah which means wind and breath of heaven. The Passion translation says: And about his angels he says, “I make my angels swift winds, and my ministers fiery flames”

The Lord says: I am looking for those who are tenacious in faith, to be battle axes to overthrow the plans and plots of the evil one. To tear down and dismantle all that the enemy has erected. I am seeking those who are strong and courageous to re-arrange everything back to its rightful place. They will call down fire on the alters of Baal and the idolatry of Asherah.

I am igniting My ministers as flames of fire to release My anointing to this generation. They will come in My power and with My authority and they will be ablaze with My glory. I will send them out to enkindle the flames that have died out and rekindle the embers that have been left smoldering in the lives of those who have lost their zeal. I am rekindling the fire of those in the fivefold ministry and releasing them back into their position.

I am rekindling the fire of those who were once used in spiritual gifts who have become weary and lost their passion. I am rekindling the fire to those who are called to go out and set the world ablaze. I will send My winds and breathe My rúah, as I fan the flames and bring fire back into your lives and ministries. What seemed charred, seared and stagnant in your life, will be revived as My fire ignites a new passion in your soul.

Now is the time for My Glory to be radiant throughout the land. As the darkness increases, you will also see My anointing accelerate beyond what you have ever known. Just as in the days of old, I will pour out My Spirit once again. You will see wonders in the heavens above, and signs in the earth below. As you observe the days getting darker, I will raise up people to be My Light bearers and carry My glory to the ends of the earth. Now is the time for revival says the Lord.

Psalm 104:4

Who makes His angels spirits, His ministers a flame of fire.

Jeremiah 20:9b

But His Word was in my heart like a burning fire shut up in my bones; I was weary of holding it back and I could not.

Hebrews 1:7

In speaking of the angels He says," He makes His angels winds, His servants Flames of Fire".

Beginning Your Day
By Derek Prince

Psalm 5:3
Morning by morning, O Lord, you hear my voice; morning by morning I lay my requests before you and wait in expectation.     NIV

How do you begin each day? Does your day begin with a scramble, with a flurry, with trying to do three different things at the same time? Do you find yourself often short of breath, short of temper, angry with your wife or husband, scolding the kids, unrestful, anxious, perplexed? Do you go out into the day unprepared, ill armed, not altogether confident of what lies ahead of you? The reason is you didn’t begin the day right.

Take a lesson from David. He says to the Lord: “Morning by morning, O Lord, you hear my voice.” The first thing David did each morning was to lift his voice to the Lord.

He goes on to say, “Morning by morning, I lay my requests before you and wait in expectation.” That’s the wise way to begin the day. Lift your voice to God in prayer; lay your requests before Him. Set out before Him the things you are going to have to do that day. Commit to Him the problems, the difficulties you anticipate, and then, like David, you will be able to wait in expectation. You won’t be worried, fearful. You will be expecting the answers to those prayers that you committed to God in the morning.

Remember, that’s the secret. Begin each day by letting God hear your voice.

When You Stand In Judgment, You Stand On The Side of The Adversary

By Russ Walden

The Father says today, when you stand in judgment, you stand on the side of the adversary. I came 2000 years ago as an advocate, and I bled and died as an advocate. I stand today ever interceding and advocating for you before My Father. There are many souls in the docket of heaven’s justice besides yours, My beloved, including those who have accused and misrepresented you and said all manner of evil against you.

These defendants are adjudicated on the same basis that I move every single day on your behalf. Forgive, says the Father. Bless! This brings the gavel of heaven down in your favor and the release of glory from mere release potentiality to substance, blessing, and breakthrough.

Do not judge, nor allow yourself to be judged in the court of popular opinion. You are not “of the people,” you are “of the kingdom,” and your accountability is to My voice and not another. You will know the assertions of misguided humanity when you hear them. Yield not to illegitimate authority. Did I not say, “My sheep hear My voice”? When man cajoled, threatened, or manipulated you, was it My voice coming across or the voice of another?

Forgive, release, bless and move on with the assignment I have set before you without hesitation. Heaven’s resources are remediating every shortcoming, and every necessary correction will come in the nurture and love I have for you as a Father. Your blessing time has come; from this point forward, as you listen and respond to My leading, you will be exonerated, validated, and established!

"Reflections Upon Reflections" [of The Father's Heart]

...."You, in Your great compassion, did not forsake them in the wilderness; The pillar of cloud did not leave them by day, to guide them on their way, or the pillar of fire by night, to light for them the way in which they were to go".... Nehemiah 9:19 NASB

Words of prophecy:

*____Things are about to happen fast and "furiously" [by My great and awesome Power] for all those who, in their faith and obedience, are on the "fast track" to the fullness of destiny.

"furiously" - of unrestrained energy, speed, etc.; violent [in this case, by the intense release of Kingdom-forces: faith, love, righteousness, truth, wisdom etc. through a holy people] or unrestrained, as in speed, vigour, energy etc.;

...."Do not call to mind the former things, or ponder things of the past. Behold, I will do something new, now it will spring forth; Will you not be aware of it? I will even make a roadway in the wilderness, rivers in the desert".... Isaiah 43:18-19 NASB

...."The Lord will go forth like a mighty man, He will rouse up His zealous indignation and vengeance like a warrior; He will cry, yes, He will shout aloud, He will do mightily against His enemies. [Thus says the Lord] I have for a long time held My peace, I have been still and restrained Myself. Now I will cry out like a woman in travail, I will gasp and pant together. I will lay waste the mountains and hills and dry up all their herbage; I will turn the rivers into islands, and I will dry up the pools. And I will bring the blind by a way that they know not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known. I will make darkness into light before them and make uneven places into a plain. These things I have determined to do [for them]; and I will not leave them forsaken".... Isaiah 42:13-16 The Amplified Translation

There is a release of the necessary Kingdom-forces [Love, Peace, Faith, Grace etc. - whatever is needed] in any words spoken in Love and obedience.

____...."Let NO [not even one] unwholesome [unrighteously motivated, self-seeking] word proceed from your mouth, but ONLY such [a word] as is good for edification according to the need [of the moment,] so that it will give [impart] Grace [Life, Love, Truth, Wisdom, Righteousness etc.] to those who hear [including oneself]"....  Ephesians 4:29 NASB

Prayer of Proclamation:

____Father, we thank You and praise You that as we speak from the place of revelation we have the deep assurance in our heart that whatever Kingdom-force is needed to be released is released - accomplishing Your perfect purpose in any given situation. And we declare all of these things DONE [on an ongoing basis] in Jesus' Name - to Your greatest Glory. Amen.

...."For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven, And do not return there without watering the earth And making it bear and sprout, And furnishing seed to the sower and bread to the eater; So will My word be which goes forth from My mouth; It will not return to Me empty, without accomplishing what I desire, and without succeeding [in the matter] for which I sent it".... Isaiah 55:8-11 NASB

Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ. To use a reading plan, just visit the daily reading page to see your daily reading.
