THE SHIELD OF FAITH
Words of prophecy:
*____When one "transgresses" [sins] against
another brother or sister and, then, they proceed to "justify" their unrighteous words and actions in a spirit of self-righteousness they become a "continual" vessel of reproach [both in the natural and in the spiritual realm] against
those that they committed the transgression against. This leads to the release of much "soulish" force [curses] against the one[s] suffering the reproach and, therefore, it is of the utmost importance for
them to guard their heart with ALL diligence at ALL times - in order that the "full armour" might be found fully operational in the deflecting [and extinguishing] of EVERY curse against them.

to violate a law [in this case, of love]; sin against;
____...."HEAR THE right (my righteous cause), O Lord; listen to my shrill, piercing cry! Give ear to my prayer, that comes from unfeigned and guileless lips.
Let my sentence of vindication come from You! May Your eyes behold the things that are just and upright. You have proved my heart; You have visited me in the night; You have tried me and find nothing [no evil purpose in me]; I have purposed that my mouth shall
not transgress".... Psalms 17:1-3 The Amplified Translation
...."I also have become a reproach to them; When they see me, they wag their head. Help me, O LORD my God; Save me according
to Your lovingkindness. And let them know that this is Your hand; You, LORD, have done it. Let them curse, but You bless; When they arise, they shall be ashamed, but Your servant shall be glad. Let my accusers be clothed with dishonor, and let them cover themselves
with their own shame as with a robe.
With my mouth I will give thanks abundantly to the LORD; And in the midst of many I will praise Him. For He stands at the right hand of the needy, to save him from those
who judge his soul".... Psalms 109:25-31 NASB
...."In conclusion, be strong in the Lord [be empowered through your union with Him]; draw your strength from Him [that strength which
His boundless might provides]. Put on God's whole armor [the armor of a heavy-armed soldier which God supplies], that you may be able successfully to stand up against [all] the strategies and the deceits of the devil. For we are not wrestling with flesh and
blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotisms, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere.
Therefore put on God's complete armor, that you may be able to resist and stand your ground on the evil day [of danger], and, having done all [the crisis demands], to stand [firmly in your place]. Stand therefore [hold your
ground], having tightened the belt of truth around your loins and having put on the breastplate of integrity and of moral rectitude and right standing with God, And having shod your feet in preparation [to face the enemy with the firm-footed stability, the
promptness, and the readiness produced by the good news] of the Gospel of peace. [Isa. 52:7.]
Lift up over all the [covering] shield of saving faith, upon which you can quench all the flaming missiles of the
wicked [one]. And take the helmet of salvation and the sword that the Spirit wields, which is the Word of God. Pray at all times (on every occasion, in every season) in the Spirit, with all [manner of] prayer and entreaty. To that end keep alert and watch
with strong purpose and perseverance, interceding in behalf of all the saints (God's consecrated people)".... Ephesians 6:10-18 The Amplified Translation
____When people are "hurt" [wounded] they speak
unrighteous [self-serving] words [the force of which comes from their past experiences - even from their youth]. This is why we must be found wearing the shield of faith [which is activated and energized by
Love] so that those fiery darts do not penetrate [and, thus, influence] our heart.
Prayer of Proclamation:
Father,
we thank You and praise You for the shield of faith [and every other piece of the Armour for that matter] and the continued protection over our lives that it brings against any unwholesome word or action that is directed against us by the
Enemy. And we declare it DONE [on an ongoing basis] in Jesus' Name - to Your greatest Glory. Amen.
